Communications strategy for complex data initiative

Our client required expertise and sector knowledge to promote a health data initiative to researchers and innovators, whilst ensuring public and patient trust. Through collaboration with senior stakeholders we agreed objectives, determined target audiences, wrote engaging key messages and produced creatively-designed materials. 

Value proposition for a health innovation organisation

Our UK client was expanding their services to broaden their market and diversify income. Collaborating with key internal stakeholders and conducting market research and segmentation, we delivered an impactful value proposition and key messages for these services, aligning with strategy and supporting their goals for growth.

Senior stakeholder engagement

Working with leading NHS organisations across the capital, we developed and delivered a plan to engage senior healthcare and academic stakeholders in the creation of a major new data partnership. This provided clarity and alignment towards a common vision for London's health data. 

Live event design and delivery

Our client required senior strategic guidance to launch a major new data initiative in London culminating in a high profile stakeholder event. I designed and curated the event, identified and briefed speakers, and led an internal team to deliver a successful programme, that included NHS chief executives and a health minister.
